BRACELETS SIZING GUIDE

CHOOSING A BRACELET SIZE BY MEASURING YOUR WRIST (Tape Measure Method)

We get asked a lot by our customers on how to measure their wrist, so we wrote a little 'how-to'.

Use a tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your Kundalini Prana bracelet.

When measuring your wrist, stay as close to your hand as possible, like so (the circumference in the picture is 6.5 inches.)

Measuring Your Wrist

Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. To ensure the bracelet fits comfortably, add 1.5 cm. You can then add or subtract centimeters according to whether you prefer a loose, exact or tight fit.

  • Snug fit - add 1/4” to 1/2"
  • Comfort fit - add 3/4” to 1"
  • Loose fit - add 1” to 1 1/4"

When ordering, please specify the exact number on the measuring tape or your desired size, we will make sure your bracelets will fit you nicely.

CHOOSING A BRACELET SIZE BY MEASURING YOUR WRIST (String Method)

If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string to measure your wrist and lay the string back out on a ruler to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.

Here’s what you’ll need:

What Is Needed To Measure Your Wrist Using a String

  1. String or old shoelace
  2. Scissors
  3. Ruler

Step one:

Step 1 To Measure Your Wrist

Take your string/old shoelace you don’t mind cutting and wrap it around your wrist.  Don’t make it too tight or stretch the string; you just want it to sit comfortably around your wrist.

Step two:

Step 2 To Measuring Your Wrist

Take your scissors and cut just where the string ends meet.  Admittedly, this part is easier when you have an extra set of hands to help out, but it can be accomplished with just a little bit of dexterity.

 Step three:

Step 3 To Measuring Your Wrist

Line up the string you just cut next to your ruler and voila, you now have the measurement of your wrist. When lining up the string makes sure you’re not stretching it as this could give you a false measurement.   So, just line it up without stretching the material.

It’s that simple to find out what your wrist size is.  Honestly, it probably took longer to read this tutorial! Once you know your wrist size you can confidently order your brand new Kundalini Prana bracelet knowing it will fit just right.  You can check out our selection of Kundalini Prana bracelets for men, women, and children here!
