Q: WHAT'S THE ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL ON MY ORDER?
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging.
All orders are sent to our Tibetan manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and shipping company process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
International delivery usually takes about 15–35 business days. US, UK, CA, NZ, FR orders are shipped by e-packet or USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 19 days (earlier for customers in the US) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Delivery time ultimately depends on distance traveled, customs, weather, and local delivery standards.
FREE Shipping on orders totaling $50 or more worldwide, which include APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
Q: I GOT THE WRONG ITEM. HOW CAN I GET MY CORRECT ORDER?
In the event we deliver the wrong order, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. We will then check our records to verify your claim. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order. You do not have to send the wrong product back to us.
Q: I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact customer service at email@example.com. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order. You do not have to send the wrong product back to us. You will be given store credits, equivalent to half the amount you paid, if we made a mistake and you declined our offer to send you the correct item.
Q: I ORDERED THE CORRECT SIZE BUT IT'S TOO SMALL/LARGE. CAN I RETURN IT AND EXCHANGE IT TO A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Unfortunately, Kundalini Prana is currently unable to process a return and exchange due to size because all of our items are unique handcrafted.
Q: I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS INFORMATION. CAN I STILL CORRECT IT?
We can try to make the correction within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order. If you request after 24 hours, we will no longer be able to update it on our end.
Q: I RECEIVED THE SHIPPING NOTIFICATION BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER.
Please contact the shipping company to check on your order. The tracking number is provided in the shipping notification that you have received. If your package was lost in the mail or missing, then contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to help find the order.
Q: WHY ISN'T THE TRACKING DATA SHOWING ON MY TRACKING NUMBER?
For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 5 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 7 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show. Be advised, international orders are non-refundable once shipped and will not show destination delivery data.
Q: YOU MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER.
A: We are very sorry. This has never happened, but nobody’s perfect. Email email@example.com and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you to send us a picture of the error we made so we can a) verify your claim and b) call you to correct it.
Q: I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE. WHERE'S MY ORDER?
We have a large assortment of products stocked in different warehouses and suppliers. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next, so please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. Just remember that they are on the way to you as fast as possible!
Q: HOW DO I KNOW THIS WEBSITE IS SAFE?
We guarantee a SAFE & SECURE CHECKOUT. Payments are processed through major card companies shown in the image on the checkout page. We do not have access to any information about you or your card.
Q: WHAT DO I EXPECT IN MY CREDIT STATEMENT?
If you used PayPal, your credit statement will be under the name “JTL Professionals.” For other payment methods, it will be under the name of our website.

Q: I MADE AN ORDER 3 DAYS AGO AND SINCE IT HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED YET, I'D LIKE TO CANCEL IT.
Please know that all of our products are blessed and crafted by Buddhist hands. Orders are sent to production within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order. Keep in mind, production time may take 5-10 business days and delays may occur during holidays.
